Reserve Sauna Time

DESCRIPTION

Infrared saunas use infrared lamps (that use electromagnetic radiation) to warm your body directly. It's a great way to relax after a workout. Benefits are better sleep, relaxation, detoxification, weight loss, relief from sore muscles & joint pains, improve circulation and many more benefits.

RULES

  • Please ensure you select the correct location

  • Please do not reserve consecutive time slots (i.e. 12pm - 1215pm; 12:15pm - 12:30pm)

  • You must wait 15 minutes after previous session

  • IF THERE IS NO ONE WAITING, you may stay longer

  • IF there is a time slot taken after you PLEASE BE COURTEOUS TO EXIT SO THAT THE NEXT MEMBER CAN ENJOY.
