Gym Rules & Code of Conduct

 To maintain a safe, respectful, and result-focused training environment, all members agree with the following:

Respect & Community

• Treat all members, guests, and staff with respect.

• Harassment, discrimination, threatening behavior, or intimidation will not be tolerated.

• Keep language and behavior appropriate for a shared fitness environment.

 

Safety First

• Use equipment only as intended and train within your personal limits.

• Follow all posted safety instructions and staff guidance.

• If you are unsure how to use equipment, ask for assistance during staffed hours.

• Do not attempt unsafe lifting or high-risk movements without proper safety measures.

Equipment & Facility Care

• Re-rack weights and return all equipment to its designated area after use.

• Wipe down equipment after using and dispose of trash properly.

• Report damaged equipment or hazards to staff immediately.

• Do not drop or misuse equipment in a way that may cause damage or injury.

Access & Security

• Entry is for active members only.

• Do not share access codes, key fobs, or allow non-members to enter the facility (“no tailgating”).

• Do not prop open doors or bypass security procedures.

• Guests are only permitted in accordance with NuLife policies and are not allowed during unstaffed hours unless authorized.

 

Conduct During Training

• Be mindful of others and share equipment respectfully during busy times.

• Keep personal items out of walkways and training areas.

• Photography or video recording must respect the privacy of other members.

Cleanliness & Hygiene

• Wear appropriate workout attire and closed-toe athletic shoes.

• Use towels as needed and maintain personal hygiene.

• Clean up after yourself in all areas of the facility.

Policy Enforcement

NuLife Fitness Camp reserves the right to suspend or terminate membership for violations of these rules, including but not limited to unsafe behavior, harassment, property damage, or unauthorized access.

By participating at NuLife Fitness Camp, members agree to uphold these standards to protect the community and facility.
