Is NuLife TV free?


NuLife TV is not free, but we are offering a low Introductory rate of $24.95.




Is equipment required for classes?


Most of the classes do not require equipment. Some of the strength and resistance classes may requre a minimum of a set of dumbells, jumprope or a yoga mat. It will be noted in the class description.




Can I download the classes?


Unfortunately, the classes are not available for download. If you purchase an individual class, you have unlimited use for the specified time period.




What is NuLife TV?


NuLife TV is a virtual extension of NuLife Fitness Camp® offering real-live class experience. No rehearsed routines, staged people, etc. The virtual classes will have you feeling like you’re in the building with real people who are putting in real work just like you! You can watch by sharing to your Smart TV or on any Android or iOS products.




How often is content added?


Classes & content are added regulary and instaneously. If you have a current subscdription you will also have immediate access to newly added content/classes.




My video keeps freezing.


Buffering – Our videos are streamed to avoid freezing and are HD 4k quality. Your internet may not be strong enough. You should also make certain all other web browser windows are closed.

Do you have Contracts?


No. Nulife does offer COVID-19 Relief specials that require agreeing to automatic reoccurring payments.




Can I workout at any location?


Yes, all memberships are inclusive to both locations.




Do you have beginners classes?


No we do not, BUT most of our classes are designed for ALL fitness levels. Options for modifications are always available in most of our classes. We encourage you to come, even if you have never worked out before. It is important to let the instructor or customer service representative know if you have an injury or condition that requires special modifications.




How long are your classes?


Classes that are 30 minutes.




Do I have to weigh-in?


Yes. Each client must initially weigh-in weekly. As you progress through the program by meeting your weight goals you are rewarded and weigh-in less.




Do you have a program that does not require weigh-ins?


No. Our weight management program is based on accountability. You can subscribe to NulifeTV, which does not require weighing in or you can participate in drop-in classes.




Do you have to be a member to take a Cycling Class?


NO. Non-members may book a cycling class for $10/class or an Unlimited cycling package for $60. Purchase here.




Can kids join?


Our program allow children at the age of 9 years old.

How do I become a member?


All new and prospective clients must complete the online orientation process. The NuLife new member orientation process is now available while allowing you to compete 98% of the registration process online. Please allow 20-30 minutes to complete the entire online process. How does the online orientation process work?

  • Complete the online Questionnaire which includes a short health history
  • Select a membership and process the payment (Receipt emailed immediately)
  • Once NuLife receives the confirmation email, you will receive an email to complete the final part of the online process of viewing a short 5 minute video (Headphones will be needed)
  • After viewing the video, you will receive a Welcome email that includes your information to log into the NuLife Member Portal
  • Once you book your first class, please arrive at least 15 minutes before the scheduled class to receive a key tag, paperwork, get weighed, and take photos.

I am a previous member, how do I return to NuLife?


If you are a previous member of NuLife, you are not required to complete this process. You may register online by clicking HERE. Please arrive at least 10 minutes before the scheduled class to receive a new key tag or reactivate your old key tag, receive paperwork, get weighed, and take photos.




How do I book a class?

Are measures in place to comply with COVID-19 restrictions?


Temperatures are checked upon arrival. Masks are required upon entry. Working out in masks are optional. Class sizes have been reduced with limited space for clients. The studio floors are marked allowing 6ft of space. Hand sanitzers are through out the studio. There is no congregating after classes to eliminate avoidance of space restriction. The Studios are cleaned and sanitized between classes and deeply cleaned regularly.




What is a NO-SHOW fee?


Due to limited class sizes, if you book a class and do not cancel at least an hour before the scheduled class time, you will be charged a $5 No Show fee.

Can I have my order shipped?


Yes. Shipping fee is a flat rate of $6.95.




Can I return my item for a refund?


Unfortunately, due to COVID-19 we are not offering any returns nor refunds.




Can I pick up my order?


Yes. During checkout you will have the ability to select pick-up and note the location.




What can I use with Sezzle?


Sezzle can only be used with NuLife Fit Gear purchases. Sezzle cannot be used with memberships and subscriptions.
