Covid-19 Update

Hello NuLife Family! We will update this information as often as needed.

Staying active is not only good for your immune system but good for your mental health as well. Please continue to take the necessary steps recommended to staying healthy, ie, washing your hands for at least 20 seconds or more and practicing social distancing.

  • How do I become a member?
    All new and prospective clients must complete the online orientation process. The NuLife online orientation process allows you to compete 98% of the registration process online. Please allow 20-30 minutes to complete the entire online process. How does the online orientation process work? Complete the online Questionnaire which includes a short health history Select a membership and process the payment (Receipt emailed immediately) Once NuLife receives the confirmation email, you will receive an email to complete the final part of the online process of viewing a short 5 minute video (Headphones will be needed) After viewing the video, you will receive a Welcome email that includes your information to log into the NuLife Member Portal Once you book your first class, please arrive at least 15 minutes before the scheduled class to receive a key tag, paperwork, get weighed, and take photos.   • Do you have Contracts?
    No. Nulife does offer COVID-19 Relief specials that require agreeing to automatic reoccurring payments.
  • Do you have beginners classes?
    No we do not, BUT most of our classes are designed for ALL fitness levels. Options for modifications are always available in most of our classes. We encourage you to come, even if you have never worked out before. It is important to let the instructor or customer service representative know if you have an injury or condition that requires special modifications.
  • How long are your classes?
    Classes are 30 minutes.
  • Do I have to weigh-in?
    Yes. Each client must initially weigh-in weekly. As you progress through the program by meeting your weight goals you are rewarded and weigh-in less.
  • Do you have a program that does not require weigh-ins?
    No. Our weight management program is based on accountability. You can subscribe to NulifeTV, which does not require weighing in or you can participate in drop-in classes. We have also added NuLife Live that does not require accountability unless selected.
  • Do you have to be a member to take a Cycling Class?
    NO. Non-members may book a cycling class for $10/class or an Unlimited cycling package for $60. Purchase here.
  • Can kids join?
    Our program allow children at the age of 9 years old.
  • Do you offer personal training?
    Yes. For additional information, please click here.
  • I am a previous member, how do I return to NuLife?"
    If you are a previous member of NuLife, you are not required to complete this process. You may register online by clicking HERE. Please arrive at least 10 minutes before the scheduled class to receive a new key tag or reactivate your old key tag, receive paperwork, get weighed, and take photos.
  • How do I book a class?
    Download our App and you can book classes, check-in for classes by scanning your phone, update your profile and much more. Download the app here.
  • What is a NO-SHOW fee?
    Due to limited class sizes, if you book a class and do not cancel at least an hour before the scheduled class time, you will be charged a $5 No Show fee.
  • What is NuLifeLive?
    NuLifeLive is a another virtual extension of NuLife Fitness Camp® offering real-live classes. The live classes are streamed in real-time and you become a part of the live class with clients just like you! You can Stream by sharing to your Smart TV or on any Android or iOS products and/or your laptop.
  • Is NuLifeLive free?
    NuLifeLive is not free. The rate is $39.99/month with a reoccurring monthly agreement. We also offer drop-ins for $8/class. Please click HERE to see membership options.
  • With NuLife Live can I still attend onsite classes?
    Onsite classes are not included with the NuLifeLive memberships, but you may drop in onsite for $8.
  • Can I weigh-in at NuLife if I have a NuLife Live Membership?
    Yes, if you purchase a Weigh-in Only package. This will also require completing a meal sheet which is also electronic.
  • How do I join a Live Class
    NuLifeLive classes stream via the Zoom platform. Once you book a Live class, you will NOT receive an email to join the class. Before class time view your booked classes. In the upper right-hand corner, click the video camera image that says join.
  • What is NuLife TV?
    NuLife TV is a virtual extension of NuLife Fitness Camp®. We offer On-demand classes. No rehearsed routines, staged people, etc. The virtual classes will have you feeling like you’re in the building with real people who are putting in real work just like you! We provides online classes from 30 minutes to 45 minutes. Class types available are: Bootcamp Cardio H.I.I.T & Strength Step Cycling For more information click here.
  • How much are the classes on NuLife TV?
    The Unlimited Monthly Subcription is currently discounted to $24.99/Month. We also offer a Weekly Access Pass for $9.99/week. This includes unlimited access to 4 different types of classes). Monthly Subscriptions are on automatic renewal. You must cancel this yourself or email us to cancel it at least 7 days prior to the upcoming withdrawal.
  • How do I purchase online subscription?
    n the NuLife Website, go to About NuLife TV and select select NuLife Monthly TV. (Or click HERE) If you aready have a website sign in, you can log-in and follow the same steps above. Once signed in, you will select Check Plans, Monthly or Weekly Access Pass. ​​​​​​​Select Buy Now. You do not need a PayPal account. Below is the option to pay with Credit or Debit card. A new window will open.
  • How can I play the online classes?
    You can play the classes on your mobile devices. You can also share your screen to your smart TV. If viewing on your laptop or desktop, we suggest using the Google Chrome Browser for best results.
  • How often will the online classes be update?
    The classes moving forward will be updated weekly.
  • Can I download the classes?
    Unfortunately, the classes are not available for download. If you purchase an individual class, you have unlimited use for the specified time period.
  • Can I have my order shipped?
    Yes. Shipping fee is a flat rate of $6.95.
  • Can I pick up my order?
    Yes. During checkout you will have the ability to select pick-up.
  • Can I return my item for a refund?
    Unfortunately, due to COVID-19 we are not offering any returns nor refunds.
  • What can I use with Sezzle?
    Sezzle can only be used with NuLife Fit Gear purchases. Sezzle cannot be used with memberships and subscriptions.
